DreamStart
“DreamStart” aims to support socially vulnerable children to become a confident member of our society by providing integrated services needed for their healthy growth, development and an equal start in their life.
Socially vulnerable children under age 12, their families and pregnant women are main beneficiaries of this program.
Beneficiaries: Recipients of assistance or the near-poverty population group, single-parent families, etc.
Special Beneficiaries: Socially vulnerable single-parents, multicultural families, grandparents-headed families, etc. This only applied to residents of agricultural and fishing villages (82 si/gun/gu). Special beneficiaries are strictly selected through a case management meeting.

Provide educational programs to working-level staff based on their positions and seniority
Nurture and manage supervisors
R&D and Statistics Management
Conduct a research on the effectiveness of DreamStart
Write and publish a statistical report
Sponsorship and Promotional Activities
Provide resources needed for DreamStart through the sponsorship of the NCRC and other institutions
Publish promotional materials, such as a newsletter
