• First,we will strive to create a society in which children's right to enjoy not only as objects of protection and care but also as independent entities with rights is fully guaranteed.
• Second, we will improve the expertise of child welfare services and internalize the national child protection system so that children can grow safely in the best environment.
• Third, we will sincerely carry out a wide range of projects and research to establish and operate policies under the principle of considering children's interests first.
• Lastly,we will fulfill our social responsibilities as representative public institution in the field of child welfare by operating institution with fairness and integrity.

Until the day when all children in our country are happy, the NCRC can take the lead in enhancing children's rights and pioneering a happy future in Korea with children.
