CCCs provide a wide range of services in partnership with local communities to promote the healthy growth and development of school-age children

Major projects

  • CCC staff capacity building
    • Compulsory training for all employees
    • Consulting services necessary for operation of CCCs and support for partnership with relevant organizations
  • CCC evaluation
    • Annual evaluation of selected CCCs
  • Research
    • Panel survey of CCC children
    • Building a CCC database
  • Advertising for improvement of public awareness of CCCs
    • Utilizing on- and offline channels to increase public recognition
    • Running supporter groups and CCC ambassador groups
    • Searching for outstanding projects and holding policy forums
  • Support for childcare teachers
    • Operating and monitoring childcare teacher programs
    • Creating teacher training curriculum to accommodate individual teacher experience, specialization, and location
  • Integration of all resources available to CCCs
    • Creating a resource network through the online platform for effective operation of CCCs
    • Operating a “Nanum Council” to consolidate partnerships with sponsors
    • Scholarship programs for CCC children
