Supporting youth in care systems towards reaching financial independence after aging-out
The NCRC operates and manages a Child Development Account (CDA) program for youth in transition to build assets for financial independence.
Legal basis: Child Welfare Act, Article 42; Enforcement Ordinance, Article 56

- Recruitment of sponsors and management of sponsorship fund
- Recruiting sponsors and building a sponsorship fund for children with little savings
- Systematically managing sponsorship fund and active fundraising
- Nationwide promotion of the Child Development Account program
- Disseminating PR materials to recruit sponsors
- Partnering with local governments to recruit sponsors
- Operation of an information management system
- Promoting fair and transparent fund management through systematic sponsorship applications and sponsor management
