The NCRC creates childcare programs for elementary school children with local governments for working parents. CBCC provides part-time childcare around school hours to help parents maintain a better work-home balance.

  • Development of assessment system for community-driven childcare centers
    • Developing minimum standards for childcare services and an assessment index
    • Creating an assessment record management system for each center
    • Trial assessment based on assessment index
