Community-Based Childcare Centers
Ensuring no child is left behind
The NCRC creates childcare programs for elementary school children with local governments for working parents. CBCC provides part-time childcare around school hours to help parents maintain a better work-home balance.
Legal basis: Child Welfare Act, Article 44-2
